I've got this sinking feeling coming up inside
I can't let this go into my head
I can't be here
You can't trust me
Everyday I take the long way home
I see nothing of me in the things I own
Everyday I ask myself why life ain't fair.
Why am I praying to a god I know isn't there?
It's the dead of winter
It's freezing cold
I'll just sit here all alone
Everyday I take the long way home
I see nothing of me in the things I own
Everyday I ask myself why life ain't fair
Why am I praying to a god I know isn't there?
Perfectly encapsulates the teenage experience. Finding this album while still young and in high school was the best decision I've made in quite awhile. charlesjr
This album is great but I'm also going to take this opportunity to be that fan and say when is there gonna be another one. Like I would seriously pay $100 dollars for a new Superheaven album if they charged that much. Obviously they wouldn't but you get the idea. Oh also I don't think I've ever had more fun at a show than seeing these guys on the 10 year Jar tour ellis_boyd_redding
